San Diego Comicon

Wednesday, July 28th, 2004

Just got back from the San Diego Comicon and what a great time I had. I finished the book I was working on Tuesday afternoon and left for San Diego Wednesday morning at 5:30 am. Turned my art over to the “New” Editor-In-Chief of IDW, Mr. Chris Ryall, who is by far one of the nicest people around, and damn funny too. The book I worked on was written by the ultra talented Mr. Steve Niles and all of the art chores were handled by me. I am working on cover concepts today and hope to have one approved so I can start cranking it out. It looks like it is going to be solicited soon in Previews, coming out this December if there is room in the schedule. I will put a definate date here when I find out. This has been a really exciting project to work on and Steve is just so damn cool to work with. I can’t say enough nice things about the good folks at IDW Publishing either, they kick booty! I met a ton of great people too and can’t wait for next year to roll around so I can do it all over again. Look for some preview art here soon from the book as well.

Stumble it!
